If you need to report an adverse event that occurred while taking or using one of our drug products, please call 1.800.298.1087.

A trained professional will be available to assist you Monday through Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST, and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

You can also contact the FDA at 1.800.FDA.1088 or www.fda.gov/medwatch to report an adverse event.

Reports of adverse events should not be left on e-mail, but should be called into the telephone number above. BioComp Pharma, Inc. cannot be held responsible for reports of adverse events submitted by e-mail. Your cooperation is appreciated.
